Our history
What started as a hobby & a simple love for cooking, has quickly grown Flores Family Catering into a full family and full service adventure. Each step has reinforced our core belief in the power of family collaboration and the importance of integrity. We're passionate about catering, and we're excited to share our story with you.
In our first few years of catering we would do events and notice that some details had been forgotten, so we stepped in to help. Over time we have developed a relationship with local bartenders, cake bakers, photographers & more to be able to make sure all of your needs are covered, with no box left unchecked.

Meats
Tri Tip *Specialty Meat
Rich & tender, smoked, then grilled to finish. Cut to serve at your event to give your guests just the right slices
Airline Chicken* Specialty Meat
Boneless breast along with the drumette , our chicken is marinated for days and grilled to juicy perfection
Pulled Pork
Slow smoked, shredded & served with a variety of sauces. Delicious on it's own or perfect on a slider. Great for large groups
Brisket
Choice cut beef brisket cooked low and slow to Aram's desire. His brisket is what started this whole adventure. Great for large groups
Pork Belly Bunt Ends
Imagine bacon, but better. Cubes of flavorful, succulent & tender pork belly smoked, seasoned & slathered in Aram's spicy yet sweet secret sauce. These are often called "Candy" by our guests.
Pork Ribs
St. Louis-style with your choice of Sweet & Savory or Sweet & Spicy rub. Get your napkins ready because these juicy ribs are going to make a mess.

Service with a smile
We arrive in time to set up everything you'll need. All food served buffet style so that we can refill as we go. Our servers will help bus your tables and clear away plates as your guests finish.
